At Delamo Gold, we want you to love your jewelry!
If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item for store credit within 10 days of delivery.

Return Guidelines:

Jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging (including gift box or pouch)
Custom, name, initial, or personalized pieces are FINAL SALE
Earrings are FINAL SALE for hygiene reasons
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees

To request a return:

Email us at DELAMOGOLD10@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your item
Include your order number and reason for return
Pack the item securely in a box (not an envelope)
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your store credit within 5–7 business days

We do not accept:

Items that are damaged, tangled, or returned without original packaging

All international orders are FINAL SALE
